MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (7News) – Back in June, 7News reported about the Brilliant Futures program, a children’s savings pilot program to address the racial wealth gap. The Greater Washington Community Foundation first launched it back in June, announcing support for a total of 400 kids in two Maryland schools, one in Montgomery County and one in Prince George’s County.
