WASHINGTON – After breaking into and stealing from a supermarket in Mount Pleasant, the man behind the burglary was still on the loose on Monday, according to DC Police. MPD released pictures captured from El Progreso Market surveillance cameras burglary as well as descriptions of the suspect from witnesses. The man broke into the Northwest D.C. international market early Sunday morning at around 3, while the store was closed.
