The Rockville City Police Department (RCPD) is investigating shots fired at Welsh Park, according to a press release. Shortly after 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26, RCPD responded to a call of shots being fired at Welsh Park on 101 Welsh Park Drive. Police determined the gunshots were discharged in the parking lot, according to the release.
