ARLINGTON, Va. – An alarming incident took place on the evening of November 9 when an Arlington resident became the target of an armed carjacking. According to the Arlington County Police Department, at around 6:30 p.m., the man was walking toward his parked car in the 2500 block of Columbia Pike when two masked teens suddenly confronted him. One of the teens pointed a gun at him, demanding the man’s car keys and cell phone. The suspects took the items, climbed into the victim’s vehicle, and sped away.
