“The winner has been playing the Lottery since moving to Maryland a few years ago. Over the years, she’s found enjoyment in selecting tickets based on the number on the case where they are displayed at the Lottery retailer, particularly drawn to 4, 7, and 13, which she considers her lucky numbers.
