WASHINGTON (7News) — Several dogs, including puppies, were rescued Thursday after a fire broke out at a two-story row home in Northwest D.C.
DC Fire and EMS crews responded just before 12 p.m. to the 600 block of Tewkesbury Place NW, where flames had engulfed the first floor of the residence.
