WASHINGTON — Residents at Park Riverside in Navy Yard said the elevators are down again. It’s an ongoing issue residents said they’ve been dealing with for the past four years.
WUSA9 spoke to Cassandra Staton, a resident who relies on a cane. Staton said the elevators at Park Riverside in Southeast D.C. continue to break down, despite constant inspections from DC’s Department of Buildings.
