Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Leah Isabella Franco, a missing 13-year-old from Montgomery Village.
Franco was last seen on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at approximately 9 a.m., in the 19000 block of Wheelwright Drive in Montgomery Village. She is 5-feet, 2-inches tall, 135 lbs., brown eyes, brown hair, and was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and black Converse sneakers…
