Montgomery County detectives are investigating a robbery that took place at an ATM on Georgia Avenue and are seeking assistance from the public to identify and locate the suspect. According to the Montgomery County Police Department, the incident was recorded by security cameras.
The incident occurred on April 7 at 6 p.m. in the 8500 block of Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring. The suspect is described as a Black male in his fifties or sixties, approximately 6 feet tall, with a slight build. He was last seen wearing a light blue surgical mask, a dark blue hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and brown shoes.
