A 6-year-old child was inside a car that was towed Saturday morning, according to police.
Police responded to a dispute at the 4100 block of S. Four Mile Run Drive at 9:11 a.m. Saturday. Police found that a car was towed from private property with the child still inside, according to the Arlington County Police Department (ACPD).
