MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — A pedestrian was killed in a collision that happened in the early hours of Wednesday morning in Gaithersburg, officials with the Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD) said.
Crews first responded to the scene at around 5:30 a.m. on May 14. There, the driver involved was already administering CPR to 61-year-old David Albert Parker.
MCPD said Parker was crossing Watkins Mill Road when he was hit by the driver of a silver 2018 Toyota Camry as it approached Spectrum Drive.
