Community Rallies Around The Family of 48-Year-Old Mother Who Was Struck and Killed on Veirs Mill Rd Sunday Night

The community is rallying around the family of 47-year-old Blanca Elida Parada Del Cid of Kensington, who was hit and killed by a car while crossing Veirs Mill Road at approximately 9:30pm on Sunday, July 6th. The fundraiser has been started by a friend of Blanca’s son, Elmer Artiaga, with funds going directly toward covering the funeral expenses and easing the financial burden on Elmer and the family.
