Maryland woman seeks help after floods washed out her driveway: ‘It looks like a war zone’

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (7News) — With babbling brooks transforming to torrential rivers during Saturday’s storms, residents throughout the region spent their Sunday cleaning up the aftermath, including one woman from Montgomery County, Maryland, whose driveway was devoured by floods.

Sue Keil had just had her gravel driveway filled back in after last week’s storms swept away portions of the road when Saturday’s storms undid those repairs.

“I know it looks like a war zone,” Keil said. “We’ve had three floods back-to-back, which wiped out my driveway every time, and it has gotten worse and worse.”…
