The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) issued a traffic advisory at 7:08 p.m. following an incident involving a pedestrian at the intersection of Spring Street and Colesville Road. The pedestrian, an adult male, was struck and sustained serious injuries. The initial call reporting the incident was received at 6:44 p.m.
