Residents fights conditions at Marbury Plaza after court ruling gives rental credits

WASHINGTON (7News) — This month, a win in a battle for D.C. residents who have endured years of unsafe and unhealthy conditions at the rent-controlled Marbury Plaza in Southeast.

7News spoke to residents who said, despite their win, they’re still fighting for more. Notices about asbestos are plastered across the Marbury Plaza Apartments.
