GERMANTOWN, Md. (7News) — Nearly 160,000 students in Montgomery County are expected to flood back into classrooms on Tuesday to kick off the new school year, and their return is coming with some notable changes.
One of those changes is the cell phone rules. Elementary and middle school students must turn their devices off and put them away all day.
