The incident, which involved a stabbing, occurred on Monday evening, according to the Montgomery County Department of Police. The suspect has been identified as Alexis Alfaro from Silver Spring.
Around 8:50 p.m. on the aforementioned date, police swiftly responded to a report of a stabbing on the 22700 Block of Clarksburg Road.
