MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — A dog was brought back to life by first responders after being rescued from a Silver Spring house fire on Saturday, according to the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service (MCFRS).
According to firefighters, crews responded to reports of a house fire around 6:20 p.m. in the 2300 block of Cranberry Terrace.

There, a two-story home could be seen engulfed in flames with the fire spreading to both floors.
Firefighters say the family was not at home at the time of the fire, and crews were able to rescue a dog from inside. Responders successfully resuscitated the dog before transferring it to an animal hospital.
The family has been displaced, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation…
