“The Powerball jackpot continues to climb since withno jackpot winner in last night’s drawing. Five winning tickets worth $50,000 each were sold in College Park, Elkridge, Forestville, Severn and Stevensville, while one winner took home a $150,000 prize in Swanton (Garrett County).
The winning numbers for the Aug. 30 drawing are: 3, 18, 22, 27, 33; the Powerball is 17. All winners matched four of the first five balls plus the Powerball for the third-tier prize.
The $150,000 winner added the Power Play option while purchasing the ticket which multiplied the $50,000 X3. That ticket was purchased at Deep Creek Grocery Gas & Liquor at 3562 Swanton Road in Swanton…
