Second Suspect Arrested in Connection with 21st Street Northeast Homicide in May

The Metropolitan Police Department recently confirmed the arrest of a second suspect in relation to the homicide that transpired on 21st Street, Northeast back in May. The authorities located and apprehended 42-year-old Randall Mack of Northeast on Tuesday, September 2.
