Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Karla Cruz Membreno, a missing 13-year-old.
Membreno was last seen on Monday, September 1, 2025 at 5:30 p.m., in the 1000 block of West Side Drive in Gaithersburg. She is 5 feet, 3 inches tall, 110 lbs., with black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a blue shirt, black pants and black Crocs…
