PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. (7News) — Philip Robinson, 67, of Laurel, Maryland, has pleaded guilty to violating state environmental laws by illegally dumping in Prince George’s County.
The Attorney General’s Environmental and Natural Resources Crimes Unit (ENRCU) led the investigation after a citizen reported the dumping at the dead end of Van Dusen Road in Laurel. Investigators saw Philip Robinson, 67, using a dark green F-350 truck to dump two 55-gallon barrels of oil, which he claimed was cooking oil, onto the ground.
