MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (7News) — Leaders at Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) released numbers at their latest school board meeting that revealed enrollment is declining.
MCPS Capital Budget and Projects Manager Donald Connelly explained that over the past 10 years the birth rate has dropped in the county.
