MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — Responders were on the scene of a crash in Gaithersburg early Sunday after a car struck a parked truck, according to officials.
Montgomery County Fire and Rescue spokesperson Pete Piringer said crews responded to the collision near W Deer Road and Prism Place at around 2 a.m. on Nov. 2.

At the scene, responders found the car completely wrecked with its airbags deployed. The car had collided with a parked truck that was hauling a trailer, Piringer noted.
Medics evaluated two people, transporting one of them to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
