Mezcal Cantina, located at 8777 1st Ave. in Silver Spring, has permanently closed. The restaurant, which opened in May as a rebrand of the former Tacos Way Mexican Grill, is now shut down, according to an employee at the company’s Washington DC location.
Mezcal Cantina was part of the same restaurant group as Tacos Way, with additional locations in Lutherville, MD, and Washington DC.
