Man accused of shooting two victims with air pistol from apartment window in Arlington County, police say

ARLINGTON COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — A 23-year-old man was arrested after allegedly shooting an air pistol from his apartment window, striking two men and multiple vehicles in Arlington County, police said.

Around 4:40 a.m., on Nov. 6, Arlington County police officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of S Courthouse Road for a report of a shooting. Officers arrived to find two men had been struck by a projectile. Both victims received minor injuries.

Three parked vehicles were also struck and damaged.

While on scene, officers tracked the source of the projectiles to an apartment window. Responding officers located the apartment unit, entered, and took the suspect into custody. During the execution of a search warrant, an air pistol, CO2 cartridges, and projectiles were recovered. The suspect was also determined to be in possession of fake identification…
