‘It’s alarming’: Montgomery County councilmember says she was grabbed by ICE while filming stop

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) – Montgomery County Councilmember Kristin Mink said after Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents started patrolling her district and areas near it, she started her own patrolling.

On Monday, she came across an ICE stop and pulled out her phone to record it.
