There are many things I would be terrified of when it comes to moving to a brand new apartment. Maybe my neighbors won’t be as nice as my previous ones. Maybe I won’t like the neighborhood as much. I don’t think I would have been prepared for a massive infestation of rats, though. One Maryland woman was unfortunate enough to have to deal with a rat problem, but what’s worse is that management is reportedly not doing a thing about it. Hopefully, this video changes their minds about it.

Arrive Silver Spring Apartments is INFESTED with rats and roaches!! And don’t even get me started by the complete lack of care of the management. PLEASE DONT MOVE TO ARRIVE.
