Major Drug Pipeline Dismantled: Nine indicted in massive Texas-to-Maryland cocaine bust

BALTIMORE, MD—A significant drug trafficking organization (DTO) responsible for importing and distributing large quantities of cocaine from Texas into Maryland has been dismantled, leading to the indictment of nine individuals and the seizure of approximately 43 kilograms of cocaine.

The successful takedown was announced Tuesday by State’s Attorney Ivan J. Bates, alongside a coalition of federal, state, and local law enforcement leaders.
