DUNKIRK, Md. — A Laurel man faces multiple charges following a late-night traffic stop in Calvert County that led to allegations of reckless driving, driving without a license and providing false information to law enforcement, according to court records.

Alex Daniel Morales Ramirez, 20, was stopped shortly after 9:25 p.m. on Dec. 21, 2025, on Southern Maryland Boulevard near Chaney Road in Dunkirk after a sheriff’s deputy observed a vehicle traveling 98 mph in a posted 55 mph zone, records show.
