MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) – Days after someone shot and killed an 18-year-old outside a Montgomery County recreation center, police still are trying to find the person or people responsible for his death.
Joe, who has lived in the Plantation II neighborhood in Gaithersburg for nearly 30 years, said the incident is “scary.”
“To think that all of a sudden someone gets shot right on the premises with a playground right nearby. What’s going on?” Joe said.
