11 displaced, 2 firefighters sent to hospital after house fire in Prince George’s County

PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. (7News) — A house fire in Prince George’s County, Maryland, left 11 people without a home and sent two firefighters to the hospital on Wednesday evening, according to county fire officials.

The Prince George’s County Fire/EMS Department (PGFD) said emergency crews were called around 6:33 p.m. on Jan. 7 to a two-story single-family home in the 400 block of Daisey Creek Terrace for reports of a structure fire with flames showing.

Firefighters were able to bring the blaze under control, and searches of the home confirmed no occupants were inside at the time. No civilian injuries were reported…
