Silver Spring-based Patisserie Manuel has permanently closed, according to a social media post late Thursday night.
Chef-owner Claudia Olea opened her kitchen at 8810 Brookville Rd. in 2013 after graduating from L’Academie de Cuisine. She later expanded to a Montgomery Mall location, which closed in 2021.
