WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — A man is in the hospital after a stabbing in the District on Thursday, police said.
Around 6:20 a.m. on Jan. 29, officers responded to the 1400 block of Fairmont Street, NW, for a report of a stabbing. Officers arrived to find a man, conscious and breathing, suffering from a stab wound.

He was taken to the hospital for treatment. Police are searching for a suspect wearing all black.
