Three Montgomery County residents have been charged in a federal prescription drug conspiracy case announced by the U.S. Department of Justice for the Western District of Virginia.
Obioma Alozie Ndubuka, 32, of Derwood, Elhadj Malick Diallo, 31, of Silver Spring, and Yared Michael Tesfaye, 28, of Montgomery Village, are among those charged in connection with a scheme involving Dr. Rotimi Iluyomade, an Annandale based doctor previously convicted of distributing thousands of opioid pills and cough syrup bottles containing controlled substances.
