MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (7News) — A 30-year-old Germantown man has been charged after police say he assaulted a 10-year-old at Dave and Buster’s in Silver Spring, and detectives believe there may be additional victims.
The Montgomery County Department of Police 3rd District Patrol Investigative Unit said the incident happened Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2025, at about 10 p.m. at the Dave and Buster’s in the 8600 block of Colesville Road.
Detectives said that while the child was in the arcade, Christopher Michael Simpson, 30, of Germantown, approached the 10-year-old, removed the victim’s socks and shoes, and smelled the child’s feet before leaving the scene…
