WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — One person was displaced after a fire broke out at a row house in Southeast D.C. overnight.
Just before midnight, on March 2, the DC Fire and EMS Department responded to a fire in the 1500 block of 19th Street. There, firefighters found a 2-story row house on fire.
Pictures and videos captured at the scene showed heavy flames inside the home and coming through the roof. A thick cloud of smoke could also be seen coming from the home.
