Easy Like Sunday, a Baltimore brunch minichain, is planning to open this spring in downtown Silver Spring in the former home of El Sapo Cuban Social Club on Wayne Avenue, co-owner Antonios Kokolis told Bethesda Today on Tuesday.
“We own the two locations in Baltimore, and we’re excited to venture out into the Silver Spring area and open,” Kokolis said, noting that he and co-owners, husband-and-wife Sean and Anna MacCuish, are hoping for a May opening.
