Two people arrested following drug bust in Maryland

MARYLAND — Two men were arrested following a traffic stop in Garrett County that led to the seizure of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, according to the Garrett County Sheriff’s Office.

Sheriff Bryson Meyers said deputies conducted a traffic stop around 10 p.m. on March 19 along Kitzmiller Road for traffic violations.

The driver was identified as 46-year-old John Jeremy Willis of Kitzmiller. Authorities determined Willis had two active warrants out of Mineral County, West Virginia, including felony controlled dangerous substance charges and a failure to appear warrant…
