Dr. Ermias Semaie was arrested and later released following an investigation into claims by a patient who said he assaulted her twice in his office when no hygienist was present.
According to the Montgomery County Department of Police, earlier this month, police were contacted by a woman who alleged that he had abused her during procedures on two occasions in Silver Spring.
