This Saturday, Washington is set to become the final stop for the third major “No Kings” mobilization, as marchers converge on the Arlington side of the Potomac and stream across the Memorial Bridge toward the National Mall. Organizers plan to stage the gathering at Memorial Circle near Arlington National Cemetery, then lead the crowd past the Lincoln Memorial and on toward the Washington Monument. A separate downtown rally is slated for the afternoon from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
