WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Police arrested a man accused of assaulting a person while they were walking with their young child in Northeast D.C.
The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said that around 11:40 a.m. on Wednesday, the suspect walked up to the victim in the area of 10th and H streets NE.
He repeatedly tried to talk to the victim as they continued walking.
