PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. — Two men and two children were accused of murdering Carltin Bayong on Friday after he died in a drive-by shooting in 2025.
Jamarri Ruffin, 18, Abdourahmane Sylla, 18 and two boys were indicted on charges including first-degree murder, second-degree murder, first-degree assault and the use of a firearm in the commission of a violent felony, according to the Prince George’s County State’s Attorney Tara Jackson.
