SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – Miss Sioux Falls Kianna Healy, of Hartford, and Miss Hub City Briley Steffensen, also of Hartford, won preliminary awards at the Miss South Dakota competition on Thursday.
Steffensen won the $500 Health and Fitness Award, while Healy received the $1,000 Talent Award for singing “I’m a Star.”
