ROCK VALLEY—A 42-year-old Sioux Falls, SD, woman was arrested about 5:05 p.m. Thursday, June 4, in Rock Valley on charges of first-offense possession of a controlled substance — cannabidiol, public intoxication and interference with official acts.
The arrest of Natasha Mae Mesteth stemmed from a call about her being intoxicated at Kooima Ag in Rock Valley, according to the Rock Valley Police Department.
Mesteth got dropped off and was sitting on the side of the business…
