‘Rooted in History’ Sioux Falls celebrates Juneteenth

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO)– The Juneteenth Sioux Falls celebration is returning this weekend.

Juneteenth is an annual holiday commemorating the day enslaved people in Texas learned they were free in 1865.
