Barranco leaves a strong legacy, officials say

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — David Barranco was elected to the Sioux Falls city council in 2022, representing the southeast district.

Barranco died from cancer on Monday, according to a release from the city of Sioux Falls.

During his time in office he touched the lives of those he worked with.
