SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – It’s the biggest fundraising event of the year for the Make-A-Wish Foundation’s South Dakota & Montana chapter. The 26th annual Make-A-Wish Golf Tournament & Evening of Inspiration program brought Wish Kids, alumni, volunteers, staff, sponsors and donors together for a special day.
The tournament and Evening of Inspiration not only raised money, but also showed donors and sponsors how their dollars make a lasting impact on the lives of children going through a tough time.
“It’s quite a production,” described Make-A-Wish South Dakota and Montana President & CEO Sue Salter. “It’s really two events in one because we start out with the golf tournament today. We move right into the closest thing we have to a gala, which is our evening of inspiration.”…
