The 5,400-square-foot house was built in 2007 in The Reserve neighborhood near 69th Street and Western Avenue on a half-acre lot. It has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Features include an indoor swim spa and sauna, sunroom, and kitchens and laundry rooms on both levels. The backyard has a waterfall and fireplace and overlooks a greenway.
