SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) —Emma Wilhelm and Victor Ludens of Rapid City stopped in Sioux Falls to take a look at Falls Park. But there was one thing hanging over their day– a smoky haze. It’s something Wilhelm has been noticing recently.
“Especially whenever it’s like, whenever the sun starts to go down, you can definitely tell over the horizon. It’s just a little bit more smoky,” Emma Wilhelm said.
